Starface Clothing is a clothing line geared toward the teenager and young adult demographic. Different from many other clothing lines, Starface Clothing has many shirts that are completely unique from one another and fun accesories you can not find anywhere else. Starface Clothing is not limited to the basic screen printing most other clothing lines do. Starface Clothing debuted March 2nd, 2009 and since then has produced two seasonal lines of clothes. Designed by the 17-year-old, upstate New York native Stevie Leigh, all of Starface Clothing's clothes have a young asthetic. Clothing for teenagers designed by a teenager.Many people ask where the name Starface Clothing came from, and that is another thing that came solely from Stevie Leigh herself. Stevie came up with the Starface Clothing logo when she was only 11-years-old in the sixth grade when she was looking for a symbol to describe herself. She came up with a star because she wanted to be a star and a smile because she liked to smile. Since that day in sixth grade, Stevie drew that symbol next to her name everytime she signed her name on something. Later, when trying to find a name for her clothing line Stevie looked back at the symbol the that represented her and came up with the word 'Starface' from the star and the smiley face symbol. Starface Clothing is truly a representation of all that Stevie is.Starface Clothing has big goals for the future and hopes that all people enjoy Starface Clothing and that they will help it grow bigger in the future. Stephanie Leigh Andrascik who has adopted the name Stevie Leigh Starface is the head designer of Starface Clothing. She is 17-years-old and is getting a headstart on her ultimate career goal of being a famous fashion designer like her favorite designers Betsey Johnson, Marc jacobs and Oscar de la Renta. Stevie originally started Starface Clothing because she wanted what every teenager wanted, more money. But that soon changed when she realized how much work designing a clothing line was and that if she was going to do this for something, it better be something bigger than money, a passion for her work. If Stevie did not have this passion, Starface Clothing would not exist.Stevie's motto is "If you want something done, do it yourself" and she shows her belief in that theory through Starface Clothing. Stevie does all the work for Starface Clothing herself. She comes up with all the original designs, creates all the clothes herself, shops for materials, designs the website, records and edits the youtube videos, takes the pictures at photoshoots and even models for her own line, all while in her last year of high school! Remarkable as it is if you didn't know it, you would not believe Stevie was in High School.
